Paddleboad claimed! During the complaint - which lasted almost the entire warranty period, they did not find the defect. They relayed it back that it was fine, so I blew it up and dunked it in the pool. It's in the connections in 2 places. Now they are treating it as another complaint with another 30 ti not time limit, even though I have clearly stated to them that it is the original complaint and they have the last day to deal with it. So the goods are damaged, the money and the season is almost gone. Alza says it takes time due to the fact that it is judged by the supplier. According to the forgotten protocol, he assessed it for two days. I would only buy such goods where they can cooperate with the supplier so that in case of a problem it can be solved as I would expect.
