Definitely DO NOT BUY, if only because of the BEKO service approach to problems with their appliance. I've had my washer and dryer for about 5 months, of which 2-3 months it has been absolutely unusable (Yes, I have an unusable washer and dryer). There were problems with it from the beginning, however I thought it was more my faulty use (This is the first combined washing machine + dryer I have). But it ISN'T and it WASN'T, the washer just won't run, it just shuts off out of nowhere with no error message in the middle of washing/drying. I have been dealing directly with BEKO (authorized service, Alza has nothing to do with this) since the first day I noticed this. The technician has been to my place several times, very nice gentleman, and has changed several parts. Within two to three months, he replaced one (and I had to excuse myself from work each time; ), they must think I'm already there (I break the washing machine myself in the evenings) practically everything, except for one part which will be replaced within the next weeks, why? Because despite the fact that the technician has really been to my place several times (I have the papers), in BEKO systems the claim is made only twice, while according to reality it would be about 4-6 times if we count only the replacement of large parts and not sensors (Yes, even the sensors were changed one by one, with a gap of x days). So in essence I have no right to claim because the same defect has not manifested itself 3 times (according to their system; )). The worst part is that even if it is decided that it is not working, which we will get anyway, the money will not be refunded, but only an exchange of goods will be made, so I will end up with this company and a piece of non-functioning washing machine forever.Alza.cz is not involved at all, I can fully praise it for delivery and communication. I leave the review only as a 'warning' to others, and according to the internet, this is NOT an isolated case. Conclusion? This washer-dryer, but especially BEKO, is the one to LEAVE THE CLOUD. Better to go for slightly more expensive brands, however, in my experience much better quality and especially with a more human approach and these are LG or Samsung. PS: I'm very grateful that I didn't think to buy a fridge from them, otherwise I would have had to live on fast food for a few months: )
