I chose the laptop mainly on the basis of parameters and price (40 000, -). Since the beginning, the camera in the laptop is not working (it crashes during videoconferences, does not boot, the whole system crashes). Updating the drivers didn't help, nor did a factory reset. I understand that this can happen, and I have been forewarned by friends about the frequent camera problems with HP. The next procedure is already a sad example of what customer care should not look like. The link to "HP Customer Support" is not working on the HP home page - page unavailable. I finally found a phone somewhere and described the situation to the operator. He referred me to a service center. I reported the problem to the service center, had to subsequently send an email describing the problem and waited a week. If I hadn't called the service center, I wouldn't even have a confirmation that they were attending to the case. The HP on site service warranty unfortunately works in such a way that even after 10 days I have not had it fixed and I am still waiting. If it was something fundamental that the laptop doesn't work without, I would probably have to buy a new one? It is my first and last HP laptop. I'll go back to Dell, where there is a next business day warranty on laptops in this class. Yes, you have to pay extra for a different brand, but the level of access and service is really different. One more pearl to finish, after the purchase I wanted to pay for a 1 year warranty extension. In the HP configurator my laptop is not available by number at all, I had to solve everything by email. I'm tearing my hair out for "saving" once again.
