This is the second order in a row, where I received damaged goods through logistics. The staff seemed to have both eyes in place, but still pretended not to notice anything and tried to hand me these apparently unmistakably damaged goods. The torn cover and the surface of the groove are significantly damaged, see photo. Great dissatisfaction. I recommend hiring staff who use our evolutionary advantage.
