The product does not have a standard usb-c interface, forcing users to take an extra unnecessary cable when travelling. If you don't take their proprietary cable, the machines won't charge. Especially when it comes with a usb-a interface, the absence of a usb-c port is all the more striking.
It doesn't have usb-c, it uses a non-standard interface for charging.
