An excellent product that saves a lot of energy and time. I have had this Remoska for about a week and have baked in it twice. The result was always the same = beautifully cooked juicy chicken with a crispy crust baked to a golden brown. For inspiration I present this simple recipe: 1. - I quarter the chicken (about 2kg), wash it under cold running water, let it drain, salt and pepper it properly on both sides and let it rest at room temperature for about 1 to 2 hours. 2. - Before baking, I put 10 dkg of butter in a container, pour about 5 dcl of water, cover with a lid, which is included in the package and heat the container on the stove or induction. 3. - I immediately place the chicken quarters skin side down in the bottom of the hot pan, put the baking lid on the pan and bake for 45 minutes. Then I turn the quarters skin side up and bake without basting or basting for another 30 minutes. Chicken cooked in this way is delicious not only with dumplings and cabbage, potatoes, bread and cucumber, etc., but the leftovers can be made into an excellent risotto and the leftover broth can be added to soups, sauces and risotto.
