Dobrý den. Mám u vás zakoupený tento traktůrek, syn na něm jel asi snad 3x a jak jsme jej chtěli znovu zapnout tak traktor nereaguje. Je možnost nějakého servisu? Od výrobce jsem zakoupil originální náhradní baterii a pojistku a i tak traktor nejede . Nebo jak řešit popřípadě reklamaci.
