One of the best CPU with price / performance ratio. It is powerful enough for common use, int. graphics are enough for comfortable playing in HD to FullHD for lower details, ideal for occasional players. I just came across a minor problem, the need to use memory in a dual channel, otherwise the game performance is significantly lower. The included cooler is sufficient, but I recommend replacing at least the basic Arctic Alpine 23.

I recommend setting a negative curve at voltage and turning off PBO. At 1.3V (NCO -20) it runs stably almost all the time at 4.5ghz and with lower temperatures than stock while getting about 5-10% extra power. But it depends on the quality of the silicon of each piece.

So far the processor is extremely stable and very friendly for running mostly at 4.5ghz.
Performance in most cases the same as the more expensive 5600x (except for e-sport games)
Minimal bottleneck even in the most demanding games
Energy saving (at normal load 50W-60W and at max load 80W)
integrated GPU in case the dedicated one fails or if you don't have one (up to 4GB RAM can be assigned)
Able to pull all cores stably to max (4.474ghz) which previous generations could not
No headroom for OC - however, it can't be taken completely as a negative, as Ryzens are so fancy that out of the box they run basically at max and the only thing that makes sense is undervoltage at 1.3V, when you get better temperatures and therefore more frequent and higher boost
Don't even install the included cooler unless absolutely necessary - rather buy aftermarket - again can't be taken as a negative, for a stock cooler very decent but the cooler was originally designed for Ryzen 1st and 2nd generation. It's just not enough for today's Ryzens. Any aftermarket with 4 heatpipes and 120mm fan with 1600 RPM is enough for cooling.
The iGPU is enabled by default, even if you have a dedicated one, i.e. it reserves RAM - must be disabled in BIOS
16MB L3 Cache means up to 50% lower performance in e-sport games than the 5600X - instead of a higher cache, you have an iGPU
