My second-hand RTX3070 used to mine crypto, and in demanding operations (Cyberpunk 2077) it brutally heated up routinely to 87-88 degrees or more. After a complete overclocking of the graphics using the Arctic TP3 cooling pad, the temperature went down by about 18-20! degrees below. So far I have not managed to get the graphics over 73 degrees. Measured via GPU-Z and Gigabyte factory software. I definitely recommend it. For the price, it's second to none.

Along with the cooling pads, it brought the temperature down on the RTX3070 by almost 20 degrees
