Quiet fan (incomparable with boxed) even at full speed. Seamless (though more time consuming) mounting on the board.
Temperature reduction-installed on Phenom 2 X2 545 processor (2-core 3 GHz unlocked on the board to 4-core)-with box cooler at rest 34°C, in the heaviest load even 64°C; with this at rest 33°C and full load (long term) 51-52°C
According to the reviews, I expected a greater temperature reduction (both at rest and under load); not even re-pasting helped. For less experienced users more complicated assembly (it is necessary to remove the plate)

cooling is excellent - my i5 4690 is at about 30°C, at high power it is about 55°C (but I have set the fan performance curve, so if it was running at full speed the temperatures would probably be lower
it is usable for multiple sockets
large finned area so it cools well even at low fan speeds
the fan is quite quiet, with msi command center it can be set in the range of 20% to 100% of the performance
I would like to see the possibility to install a second fan, although the one is most likely fully sufficient
the size is both advantage=cooling and disadvantage=weight=slightly moves the board, but nothing catastrophic
inexperienced "builders" may have a worse guess on tightening the heatsink foot to the processor and there is nothing in the manual.
