the first two waffles bake well

the top side has a lower temperature
after about 10 minutes, the temperature sensor behavior changes. It doesn't want to allow the spiral to turn on. As a result, the temperature is much lower which does not allow to bake the same waffles as at the beginning. To give you an idea, the first waffles are after about 5min. I'm waiting 13-15 minutes for the second, third series. That's absurd. Then it's not even a waffle anymore, it's a rubbery something.
