The charger looks fine, but doesn't have good electronics for charging multiple devices at the same time. We had to take it to the store because that's exactly what we needed from it (charging my phone and watch).

Hello, thank you for your review and feedback. If it is a phone that needs power for charging, e.g. 18W, they won't charge the others connected because the phone will take all the power. The charger distributes power according to the needs of the first connected device. The solution may be to connect your watch and then your phone. If you want to charge both your watch and phone with full power, please contact FIXED support and they will be happy to help you choose a new charger. Have a nice day
