Battery life, so far I have not managed to drain them

The voice assistant cannot be switched off without switching off the playback control

I got the headphones as a Christmas present, unfortunately the right headphone doesn't work in 4/5 cases even though it is charged. When I open the box, it doesn't light up at all, it doesn't respond, the app shows mono mode. I'm going to claim the headphones.
