The phone is suitable for older people who are used to button phones. You won't be able to please the pampered Smartphonists with this phone.
Watch out for contact overlap. Unless you're an IT specialist who is knowledgeable or really into new technology, I believe that pulling contacts into this phone can and will become a nightmare. Nokia Ovi doesn't support this device, or actually this device doesn't support Ovi, either way getting contacts into this phone is a nightmare.
The phone comes without an SD card. So if you connect your phone to a PC, it won't even offer you memory to store on your phone, but you can only charge.
