Hello, thank you for your review. This model is one of the most powerful vacuum cleaners on the market in terms of power. If you feel that the vacuum cleaner is not pulling properly, we definitely recommend checking the suction tract to see if there is something clogged either in the nozzle neck or in the rod or hose. In addition, one or both filters may be clogged. This model has 2 filters. One washable on the dust pan. This needs to be cleaned regularly and ideally replaced once every six months. The second HEPA filter, which is located in one of the side wheels, needs to be replaced every six months or a year at most. If it doesn't help, or you feel that the filters won't, we definitely recommend taking the product to an authorized Rowenta service center.

Hello, thank you for the review. This problem can happen if the product is not maintained properly. It is necessary to clean the filters regularly and replace them with new ones every six months or at least once a year. The device will then be very reliable in the long term and at the same time it will be more hygienic. Bacteria accumulate in the filter, from which the odor is released back into the air.
