Already my second piece (the first one still works)
Very small, lightweight, always fits in the PC
As an SSD absolutely silent
Even after three years no major PC slowdown, no need to replay or clean the system

Benchmarks from users around the world on passmark.com show that the 860 EVO 250GB is the #1 fastest 2.5" SSD
5 years warranty
Affordable for everyone
It is rare to read/write a large file. The manufacturer does not list random IOPS (performance when reading/writing many small files) which makes it difficult to distinguish actual performance vs price.
The 860 EVO has up to 100,000 random IOPS, and that's only 1/5 of the performance offered by the Samsung 970 Plus NAND, which can do up to 520,000/560,000 random read/write IOPS (it's 5x faster in read/write than the 860 EVO, can handle 5x more small files in the same time, and can even copy a large file 5x faster).
The 860 EVO still sells for the same price as the 5x faster 970 Plus. That's like a Dual Core i3 costing the same as an Eight Core i9. The only reason to buy one is if you don't want to replace the whole laptop, and it doesn't do M.2.
