When 1 earphone is pulled out of the ear, the earphone recognizes that it is pulled out and deactivates the touch pads to avoid unintentional pausing of the music. When both headphones are pulled out, they recognize that they are pulled out and pause the music - when they are put back on
When connected to a pc (BT), applications like TS, discord. use one of the two microphone channels and it will significantly degrade the sound quality - if you use another external microphone the sound is ok again: ) (but I understand, they are not gaming headphones)
