I've switched from S10+ so the difference is huge. Data transferred via cable without any problem. Basically within an hour I had it fully functional with all the data. I'm excited about the camera. 5x zoom is a real blast! It does not heat up during heavy use. Even when playing the game at full power it was ok. Battery life is great, even 2 days with normal use. Despite its size, it is quite light. The display is perfect, with high brightness and anti-glare coating it has perfect sunlight readability. I definitely recommend it. As someone else wrote, you really feel like you're holding something valuable in your hand.

the phone is just excellent, I had s23 ultra before, I was happy in yours outside of the bent display, here the display is not straight but still with such an anti-reflective coating - it's great, in the sun I have not seen anything better (including iPhone 15 pro what my wife has). Ultra zoom on the other hand is inferior - depending on the photo - 85-99% of the quality of its predecessor. Still better lower iPhone 15 for max. Portraits I just don't shoot so for me it's a downgrade. The rest is great! ultra performance - photo editing, AI functional, and even shutter lag much less. I use AI daily - especially news article summaries - it's a cool option. I am very satisfied with the purchase (I have already had 3-4 weeks). Need to add that the s23 ultra stayed powerfully improved through the update, including the camera which took much better photos after a few months and got about 30% better battery life, I assume it will be the same here

Definitely the best Android currently on the market. Maybe it's just me, but with titanium, my whole body feels lighter. Against the iPhone 14 pro has, in my opinion, subjectively better photos, Apple again video.
AI features seem to me so far such for playing, nothing life changing. But Google will definitely want to take on OpenAI eventually.
The stabilized zoom lenses are really good, it can definitely see into the distance better than a human (use it as a telescope too) and it can be held in one hand without knocking which is excellent.
In general, compared to the other camera with a good lens (A1/50mm f1.2), we're still far from being able to get fast focusing and quality bokeh on the move. But HDR landscapes, for example, are getting pretty close. It's good for that kind of home clicking. The macro is rather disappointing, it's through a wide angle lens and there's a weird perspective distortion. It would require a longer focal point.
Video is in my opinion already superior to a pro camera when I take into account the need for post-production, filters to limit the light to have a shutter speed of about 1/2 framerate and an optical stabilizer. Mobile man pulls out of his pocket and has a quality 4k60fps video straight away.
The optically stabilized 5x-10x zoom is really good. Handles video too
