I have already had the opportunity to use it 3 times, preparing eggs at 62°, veal with pepper and boeuf bourguignon - I was extremely satisfied here, I lightly browned all the ingredients and then put them together with the prepared sauce in one bag, set the temperature, set the time to 22 hours and the next day I could serve lunch directly (I only checked the time through the application and subsequently extended it by 2 hours and raised the temperature for the last 20 minutes so that the food was warm enough for lunch)
