It is not possible to charge and use at the same time
When ANC is turned on without music, noise is heard (i. e. unusable when sleeping)
After long use, the ears start to hurt a little
Touch control of headphones. Gestures are recognized poorly, adding sound is annoying. Sometimes gestures are triggered by mistake. There' s nothing better than buttons.

great headphones that fit great on the head and do not push in any way, although personally after a long time I wore them in them (while working in the office). microphone noise can be heard a lot when ANC is switched on. unfortunately, mine showed a defect, namely that after about half an hour of ANC or TM switched on, the noise in the left shell began to skip, in such a way that it lay in my ear for 2 days. complaints were settled positively that day, the next day I had the money back in my account. I' ve read that more people have had a similar problem, but I also know people who have been using these headphones for years without difficulty. if you don' t come across a defective piece, you will definitely not make a mistake with these headphones.

Relatively comfortable on the ears, soft
The wire for connecting headphones fits into the mobile phone without the need to remove the cover (I have experience that some wired headphones have too wide plastic ends)
I was afraid of touch control (it touches me more with touch pens than anything else, especially when I have loose hair, so it turns off and stops almost randomly), but here it works well, it' s not hypersensitive.
The case is nice.
Sound suppression works well - I have no experience with other such headphones, so I can' t compare, but e. g. when luxuriating, one hears the spoken word without having to have it more than half the volume, at the same time when riding a tram / bus you can hear the announcement of the stop, but maybe the calls of fellow passengers do not disturb you.
It discharges the mobile phone' s flashlight a lot - compared to classic bluetooth pins, the consumption of the mobile phone' s flashlight is many times higher (according to my observations and previous experience), they will probably start carrying a power bank with them everywhere.
Some people may feel uncomfortable under vacuum (but that' s, I suppose, in short, a feature of the active sound suppression feature)

A few days so far, but it' s absolutely great. I' ve had Sony before, but cheaper models that had a problem with creaking construction. It fits well here. Maximum comfort, after half a day wearing no headaches or discomfort with pressure on the head.
ANC is just top notch, I have to admit “suicidal“ on the street, you have no idea what is going on around. Fortunately, it has several ambient noise transmission settings. The app is very useful, lots of settings available, even ear analysis for better personal sound customization.
There is no need to comment on the sound itself, it' s Sony, they have been doing it for a long time and they still do it well.
The only thing I don' t like is the touch controls, especially at the volume. I know it' s cool and trendy, but just the volume, when I want more control, I have to ride the shell like I' m scrolling through a very long list on a tablet. It' s just a preference, but I just don' t understand what' s so bad about the classic haptic control, which is just more comfortable.
However, there is nothing that should lower the mark, because for that money, they are probably the best headphones on the market at the moment.

Like this. I' ve been looking forward to these headphones, the reviews are straightforward, you don' t know what the headphones could do and how someone could make an even better sound, etc, etc. And then, the first listening disappointed. BUT! The ear just has to get used to it, and after a while it started to spin. I have headphones for a week and I didn' t actually take them off the stick. I go with them everywhere. I used the Jabra Elite 75t (I have been faithful to the 3rd generation Jabre) for their ANC, compactness and actually quite good sound. Only with Sony has that changed a lot. ANC has no mistake. Yeah Al that sounds pretty crap to me, Looks like Sony360 aint for me either. A lot of people cry to reproduce the sound, that it is distorted, redesigned, it does not have aptX, that pairing with two devices reduces the quality, etc. -> so buy a cable! And listen through Fiio and Tidal!
For me, it has very little illness Bluetooth (even connected to Windows, PS4 via Creative BT3-W) do not feel delayed, pairing with two devices via the application is actually easier than debugging through the phone settings, etc. - just mark only those sources that you want and done!
Sure, for the current 6400, you can find better headphones, better sound, more codecs, nicer colors, more comfortable operation, but the face won' t make me take these XM4s back and back.
ANC is absolutely god, the sound after a few minutes is also natural (I do not use the equalizer) and most importantly they are very comfortable. I have a Huawei phone and aptX is taboo for me (Qualcomm - ban) so I go through LDAC (which is still the best) and honestly, I know the difference between Spotify max-quality and Tidal Master quality only occasionally. Definitely not enough for Tidal to pay, and it actually eats up mobile data and the flashlight. Not to mention 990kbps via BT at the highest LDAC settings (one has to go to the Android development menu and the iPhone) - there are gaps at 5 meters from the phone. But these are all problems that neither the headphones nor Sony, but my untrained ear and physics are behind.
Likewise, the complaint that when two devices are connected, the headphones fall into the SBC code and do not remain in the LDAC. and how should they do it physically?
If someone has it (trained ear) then these are definitely not audiophile headphones, but if someone has it (money) then these are the best BT headphones I have had the opportunity to try.
