The first headphones where I don't need an equalizer at all to make the sound 'pleasant'
For not being a total basshead it has a nice, warm and full bass
Smaller (including the box) than the XM4 with the same durability and better sound
Superior noise cancelling (With custom eartips after full isolation for an even better experience)
Even better transparent mode than XM4
They could have done without the glossy finish.
The original earbuds in the package barely held in my ears, replacing them with compliant ones solved that.

Absolutely top-notch headphones, which in my opinion have no competition among mainstream headphones at the moment. I have had the previous two generations of this model and the new model has always been a step up. Compared to the XM3, these have a box about a third the size of the Airpods. And at the same time, compared to the XM4, the box doesn't look so "plastic" anymore, it is nicely rubberized and with a better hinge. I've been using Sennheiser Momentum TWS 3 for the last few months and the box is a few levels further away, but you probably don't buy headphones for the box: ) The earbuds are a bit smaller than the XM4's and, more importantly, lighter, so I almost don't even know I have them in my ears. The only thing I would criticise is the glossy surface around the touch pad, so you need to keep your fingers dry when inserting it into your ear, otherwise the earpiece will slide around. The sound probably doesn't need any analysis. It is the absolute top of the market, just like the previous models. I was surprised by the Noise Cancelling, which is a bit better than before. In short, these are top headphones that Sony has managed to take to the next level again, even with the reduction in size and weight.

I don't understand how anyone can review this product as awful, with terrible sound. Probably a professional audiophile, comparing to big wired headphones for 20k or more, or a person who hasn't actually had them in their ears. These are earbuds, for God's sake. And in this category they are currently unrivalled. I've used the Airpods Pro 2 for quite a while before, and these Sony headphones are a bit further along. Compact, great sound, even better ANC, comfortable. Sony has not disappointed again and cannot but recommend it.

Anyone who writes any negative review of this product, especially in terms of presentation, cannot have an ID card, according to me. sound, NC, ergonomics, application absolutely nothing can be read. especially the silence when the NC is active. this is the height of audiophilia, what to improve next time? I really don't know where to go from here. This is a TOP product and I've listened to some in my life; ) definitely RECOMMEND this is just the ceiling!

Although I have listed a few negatives (more or less subjective), the overall evaluation is very positive

I'm using these headphones for the third version and this is really the ultimate upgrade, definitely worth the money especially if you wear the headphones for a long time in a row and you like peace of mind.
Can be worn all day without any problem
The first headphones that can be used instead of a sleeping aid and do not press

When wearing under a full face helmet, it is still not easy to put the helmet on without the headphones moving
