compared to the TP-Link AC1200 router I got from my provider, buying this router is a win. Wifi is finally holding, e.g. the mobile itself in certain places in the apartment chooses whether it is better 2.4ghz or 5. Overall and speed over the cable higher. The one mesh function is very useful. No regrets

Total disaster. I wanted to replace a 7 year old router from the same company. After installation absolutely lousy coverage of the house, most peripherals had no signal at all and we are talking about a distance of about 7m through two doors! With the old one, everything ran smoothly. After asking TP-Link support, they told me that today's routers don't have nearly the same performance and that my old one has better coverage. The solution is said to be to buy a MESHe for every room. So what I could cover 7 years ago for 1500, -Kč, today I have to pay around 10-12 K and every MESH has to have its own power supply. Absolutely ridiculous are the labels and graphics on the box, when you get the impression that you are buying the absolute top and everything is SUPER and EASY. So that's how you save the planet and save energy according to the EU. It's unbelievable where development has come.

If you accept the fact that today's network infrastructure has to look like a fighter jet for some reason, this is a cheap, fast, and relatively foolproof router. For home use, it can be both widely configured and completely set up in a few clicks. The administration page is quite nice. It dominates our smaller cabinet visually, although I would prefer not to show it anywhere.
