Dobrý den, zakoupil jsem 2ks konvektoru Klarstein Norderney 1000 W bílý. Mám přímotopový tarif řízený stykačem (20h/den zásuvka pod napětím,4h/den zásuvka bez napětí). Na konvektoru jsem nastavil neustálý ohřev, režim komfort s požadovanou teplotou. Po vypnutí signálu HDO (od distributora el. energie) se konvektor vypne, což je naprosto v pořádku. Po opětovném zapnutí je na konvektoru nastaven režim ochrany proti mrazu a bez manuálního zásahu se automaticky neobnoví nastavení tak, jak bylo před vypnutím el. energie. Touto vlastností se stává pro vytápění naprosto nepoužitelným. Lze to nějak vyřešit? V návodu je uvedeno, že po vypnutí přepínače do polohy 0 (přepínač jsem však na produktu nikde nenašel) se vymaže pouze nastavení časovače a ostatní nastavení mají zůstat beze změny, což se neděje. Dobrý den, je prosím možné nějak vypnout dětský zámek? Tak aby se po nějaké době displej nezamykal a já ho nemusel pokaždé aktivovat 5-sekundovým stiskem tlačítka OK. Děkuji.
