the idea of combining RC car and,,, HotWheels monster truck launcher

no power control - the buttons on the controller have only zero position and then full power forward/reverse/right/left. So the car starts up and it's quite a challenge to get it under control. I don't think you can drive it outside either because it would immediately damage the wheels of the car.
shooting monster truck cars is really shooting, monster trucks go off like a missile, they usually don't hit the wheels.
workmanship - the equivalent of a 500 toy from Pepco somewhere, apparently you only pay for the brand here.
