I haven't figured out how to turn the headphones off outside the box.
Subjectively, I have the feeling that it does not hold firmly in the ear, but I have not managed to "shake off" the earpiece.

Very bad. completely unusable before the firmware update, when the whistling could be heard even after removing it from the ear. After the update better but still no glory.

The firmware update failed several times. I needed to reinstall the JBL app.
