I had the car camera in my car from December 2021 to September 2022. I had to put the camera on warranty after the mentioned period of time, because it started to switch itself off and on all of a sudden, there was no footage from the camera, the camera stopped recording. Unfortunately, this came at a time when I had an accident and needed a record for the police. A big disappointment for me. The camera is currently under complaint and I'm curious to know what I'll hear in 30 days. I don't want this camera in my car anymore. It wasn't functional at the time it was needed. A non-functioning in-car camera sucks.

the first complaint - the display did not work (replaced), the second complaint - the magnet held more like plastic and broke off the first time I took it off (it is said that I did it, so of course the camera does not come off by itself) after a year of su davani I would understand, but after I expected quality for the money after one ride. The third complaint - it was found that the camera does not record, so you want to deal with the insurance claim when the policeman asks you if you have a recording and you say yes and you actually only have an expensive camera in your car and that' s the end of it.

The required FAT32 format cannot be formatted directly on the PC, a third party application/program is required
Even after buying a suitable micro SD card (UHS-I, A2, U3) the camera still throws the error "please format SD card". For this reason it is completely unusable. Reformatting does not help.
Incredibly user-unfriendly for today - most people don't even know what formatting is, let alone be able to format a camera from a third-party program.

The camera is tested and it seems fine to me, only there is one but and that is that the camera overheats, fortunately it does not turn off. I was a little disappointed that there is no glass sticker in the package. The cable is long enough, the instructions are clear, the installation is simple.

The Niceboy Pilot XR Radar is a great product if it works as it should: ), I've had the misfortune of having two defective products in a row. The first time the microphone didn't work and the second time the GPS didn't work as it didn't display speed and coordinates. Third product so far so good. Please note in advance that when the camera is switched on, the speed and the GPS signal must appear on the display after a while and the signal logo must turn green at the bottom left, otherwise the GPS does not work. I point this out because even the Niceboy info line didn't know how the camera works and the information I got was completely different. Niceboy are otherwise very accommodating, both to complaints and discussion. Alza, thanks to paying for an immediate exchange, cost me max. helpful and gave me a new product right away, but only because of the great helpfulness of the particular staff at the counter. Reminder, if the camera is ok it's a great product. It's just electronics.

inaccurate distance measurements, mostly longer stretch which is completely fine.
Niceboy's playback app is absolutely useless with maps even though it has coordinates and the video with audio is unstable. In any other player the OK recording just does not show the route map. ´´It is not important to some people.
The knowledge of the camera features on the Niceboy info line is desperate, they don't know their product properly, otherwise the helpfulness is absolutely great but sometimes useless, unfortunately.
Interpolated 4K resolution (4096×2160) absolutely useless.
