I do not recommend this product and in fact any products from TESLA due to the stance they took in the complaint! We cooked about 10 meals before the lid basically fell apart as the screws fell out. We tried to reclaim the product and the manufacturer took a very arrogant attitude, arguing only mechanical damage, which, however, he was not able to prove in any way and did not accept the claim despite our objections. However, please note that it has always been used in accordance with the user manual. Due to the relatively high price, I expected that the pot would serve us for years and not that during 4 months of use the manufacturer would offer us a repair of the lid for 2.000, - CZK as a solution.

The hot air fryer program is rather a mockery. The fries weren't done even after 40 minutes of baking
It has 24 programs, but basically none of them work seamlessly
It evaporates a disproportionate amount of water and it is necessary to check and pour the evaporated water out of the drip tray every now and then
The drip tray broke after a few uses and a replacement part cannot be purchased. The manufacturer argued that the container was mechanically damaged, but the container did not fall and the damage must have been caused by fatigue of the material
