originally bought a cheap one from the hardware store and then realized it did not cut well and actually destroyed most of the tiles I tried to cut (super expensive tiles!!!). then bough tthis one and it did the job very well. Result was a nicely tiled kitchen backwall, and a happy wife :)

A large degree of adjustment, but it was not needed
The wheel has a bearing
It took me a while to understand how to cut with it. It must not be pushed or banged quickly, just a slight push and the tile will crack on its own. If it's done too quickly, it tends to break off corners
The aluminium ruler is too convex and if you are not careful when sharpening it, you can hit it with the wheel (it is aluminium, so it is not hard)
