The case does not have a cover - the headphones may fall out, at which point they will turn on and pair. They don' t hold in my ears, I tried to change the rubber bands and they just fall. Even after more than a year, I didn' t last more than 15 minutes with them. Sound quality is difficult to judge when they fall and do not sit as they should. I definitely do not recommend for myself.

I bought these headphones after learning that they were covered by the ISIC discount. At first glance the headphones look and sound good but the number of problems with this Alza product is really so appalling that I am really considering whether I should have bought these headphones at all.
For the record, I've had them for over a month now, so it's not just a matter of not knowing what to do with them anymore. This is really a product defect.
Case 1-Pairing
These headphones are the worst pairing of any headphones I've ever had. Simple at first glance but god forbid you make a mistake during the nonsensically multi-step pairing process, as it instantly means that either only one handset will work if you miraculously manage to connect, or it won't work either just in case.
Even though I have had the headphones for a month now, I am still at my wits end over the pairing.
I'd rather not even talk about the fact that if I accidentally squeeze the headphones in my pocket, there's a chance that they'll get unplugged for some reason unknown to me and I'll have to start the whole process over again.
Case 2-Charging box
This is probably the one I have the least of. I like that the box has magnetic handles for the headphones so they don't fall out too much but why on earth couldn't someone add a top cover?!
I've had several occasions where the box has fallen on the floor when taking out my headphones, and the headphones have fallen out and I've had to search all over the floor for them, which isn't that annoying until it happens at a bus stop, for example.
Case 3- Headphones as such
Now we'll forgive the sound, which is relatively good for headphones at this price point.
Instead, let's focus on how the headphones sit in your ears.
How?
Terrible.
Chinese wired headphones for a few chups were more comfortable in my ears than these.
Again, an argument can be made that this is just a cosmetic detail but this absolutely disrupts my daily use.
For example, if I just slightly increase my stride, the headphones slowly but surely start falling out of my ears. The supplied replacement plugs did not solve this problem. I've never had a similar situation with headphones, so I wonder how this could have passed testing at all.
A few words in conclusion:
I'm sure after reading this review you must be thinking that I'm all about making as much dirt on the headphones as possible but believe me, that's not the case. My point here is just to share my own experience and possibly warn a potential buyer that if I have to choose headphones again, I will avoid these.
The headphones aren't bad sonically but the fault lies in the practical design of the whole thing, which makes this product the physical reincarnation of a very powerful migraine.
Therefore, for the money I paid, only the sound itself remains relatively adequate on the headphones.
If possible, avoid this product for me.
