The processor is for me the best of the AMD processors in price/performance ratio and has very reasonable power consumption. It's very usable even on (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and it's integrated GK is enough for older games and even for effects in Photoshop. So the processor I have nothing to complain about, what is weaker is the supplied cooler, the basic fan could be better even at the price of a higher package price or none at least will be cheaper, it is noisy and in the summer it keeps the processor cool under real load so so.

Bought in Alza on 25th January 2023 for 3290 CZK. I replaced it with a combination of i5 4570 + MSI GT1030 with a passive cooler. Graphics allows you to allocate up to 16 GB of RAM, but only under certain conditions. However, I use the automatic settings. I only play Team Fortress 2 on Linux, which takes 1.5 GB of graphics memory (according to the radeontop utility), so I don't need to change the default settings, which would lead to higher consumption. The setup consumes around 20 W at rest, with normal office work (Thunderbird, Firefox with about 100 bookmarks, console, kwrite, Libre office, a few running LXD containers at rest) around 25 to 30 W. The hourly average when playing TF2 is 60 W. In the Bios I set only the RAM to 3200 MHz, otherwise I didn't change anything. I left the CPU voltage at the default 1.232 V. Data valid for ASUS PRIME B550M-A WIFI II, Bios rev. 2803, 2x 32 GB 3200 MHz RAM, 2x SSD Crucial BX and MX and 1x HDD HGST all 2.5", additional Gbit network card. EVGA 550 B3 power supply.
Relatively fast and economical.
Crappy noisy cooler. I replaced it with a Silentium Fera 5 cooler.
