Remote control of the heater using the mobile app, with the caveats see below works.
We have been using for over a year in an older house for 6 tenants. Together with a more modern boiler, this looks like a saving of 10 to 20 thousand per season.
Forum head design - the tenants have mechanically damaged the head so much that I have to replace.
Powered by two alkaline pencil cells that last only a few months. The head first reports a lower voltage, then the valve opens (i.e. heats to maximum) and stops working. At this point, the voltage of the alkaline cells is even more than 1.5 V, and then, for example, in a children's train, they still work for a long time.

The heads work great, they regulate the temperature as they should, however, the motor is audible, the lack of recognition of the open window (a function that was promised already min. from 2019). What discourages me from buying more headers is the method of attachment - the sockets on the header that hold the metal thread are plastic and break - this has led to me having one header that cannot be attached to the heater - when tightening it, it detaches from the thread and there is no way to fix/resolve this at home. This is a design defect.

The heads work as they should, but if you need aftermarket service, just throw it away, There is no aftermarket service and I have been dealing with NETATM DE for about 4 months. They have plenty of time for everything and they answer email with a brainless (chat bot, AI call it what you want). I wrote a simple question:
Can I request a list of after-sales service centres? ( I have sent a photo of the damaged head + photo of the serial number in the attachment.
I will reply about 5 times each time in about 14 days Dear Customer,

wireless relay range over several walls without problems
It's an incredible battery drain. The alkaline ones last about 2 months, so with 6pcs of heads you will pay *monthly* for batteries 400, - CZK.
You can't do much with rechargeables - the NiMH cells of the head "run out" in a month. But the battery is still at 1.3V and the head refuses to work. So you are only charging the battery by 0.2V all the time, which reduces its lifetime quite a bit.
it only works through the NetAtmo cloud. Forget about controlling apps without an internet connection at home. And not even from the local network.
price. ( even though a year ago, the heads were 1,600. )
some heads do not measure temperature correctly and need to be manually calibrated with another thermometer. After changing the batteries, it's quite common
