PS5 = moving forward in gameplay with higher FPS, where at 2.4-2.5m on 65" OLED you won't notice a difference in graphics, but you will in gameplay on famous titles. PS5 + VR2 = that already makes more sense and hopefully has potential if Sony doesn't screw it up and brings support and adequate titles to the toys.
Compared to VR1, a very significant shift. There was hype at the beginning, which I did not participate in, but there is progress, at least in terms of quality, ergonomics and especially the firmware update from 9.3.23
For me, the workmanship is absolutely fine and I have nothing to complain about...the plastics do not look cheap to me.
Variability of deployment and adjustment. Compared to VR1, I personally see a big shift here.
The drivers have absolutely no fault. I have nothing to complain about. Recently 03/23 a FW update came out for both the drivers and VR2, but even before that I didn't encounter problems like non-functioning buttons. Subjectively, I find the image sharper.
The existing titles as of 09.04.23 are excellent from Horizon, Pavlov to Rabbit Moss. But I guess I expected more.
Finally, the absence of a converter and camera. No need for Sony VR cameras anymore.
Perfect and easy setup for the eyes and the play space.
Finally, a single USB-C cable.
Sony's a cash cow. We'll see in 23/24 if it will have a shift. Initial titles good, but potential still untapped. At most, Moss or Pavlov are worth it. Horizon is more of a playable demo, but on the other hand very nice.
Compared to the VR1, you need to anchor the helmet well on the beet, meaning on the head...find a good weight point, so called. sweet point (usually below the top of the head) and do not push the eyepiece displays too close to the eyes. That's a big mistake.
Absence of "Beat Saber". The Czech culinarians missed the train, while the jouds had a pre-sale version. They have soaked up the previous and now to customers *****.
Need for blinds. If your neighbors see you climbing a ladder, winding a bowstring, reloading magazines or aiming...they'll think you're crazy.
The drivers last about 3-4 hours, but given their lightness and minimalist design, this cannot be considered a negative.

Trying VR for the first time was the same experience as my first introduction to 3D graphics in games.
The quality of the display is also related to the con, if one does not take care with the settings it will be unsharp.
Easy setup.
Physical activity during gaming.
Cinema mode if the headset is set up correctly.
The price is the same as the complete PSVR1 kit (if we take the year of PSVR1 production)
Requires correct settings and checking them every time you start playing, otherwise the image is blurry - not a PSVR2 fault but specifics of VR headsets
Better to try at a friend's or at the store. VR has different effects on people, it can happen that you have a black Peter and your brain can't tolerate VR (headaches, dizziness, etc. ) It can be gradually reduced by "training".
Most VR games don't have English, and if you need En subtitles, they're not exactly well handled in VR.

Don't believe the negative reviews, if someone doesn't know how to put it on and set it up they will always write that they have a bad picture. There are a lot of settings. For me TOP.

perfect, I can only recommend it to all console players, it takes the experience to the next level
with G7 and RE Village, I've never experienced anything like it before, long-playing games - classics in a new and better coat

I find the headset uncomfortable, I have a narrower face and have to anchor it higher on my forehead to avoid blurry vision. I hope SONY will release a rubberized filler that can be installed to the silicone shade. but you can get used to it
higher price (at least the games are cheaper), but I wouldn't change
charging the drivers should go with the USB-C fork, need to buy a charging station

In summary: it's worth the money.
It's lightweight, nice design
The gameplay is good, sure, it's not quite next gen, but it's a leap up from the VR of the PS4
The price is not too high
A good buy for extraordinary gaming experiences
After playing for a long time about 1,5h I have a pretty bruised head - 2 grooves on the head (but they disappear)
Occasionally, a message will pop up: VR set can't monitor your surroundings - or something like that - the game pauses and then starts again after a few seconds (but it's streaming)
Sometimes it seems to me that the image is not quite sharp
