I've always wanted to buy this teapot - because of the colours. I finally got it at home and I'm very happy. It is quite sufficient for normal use. I took the advice of the buyers and bought a darker colour. I hear the lighter ones don't look very nice on the plastic. The purple one is really pretty, though. The cable is not long, but that's not a big deal. I don't carry it anywhere, and I keep it close to the outlet. It takes a little while to get going when the water is heated. But he's not fooling around. I've had her for a while, so hopefully she'll last. A great buy for the price.

The cable could be longer, but it's fine for normal use.
Water heating is not the fastest.
