I didn't find any pros
It is an absolutely unreliable product. The external sensor is dropping out and even if it works by accident it shows completely wrong. When the snow calamity was happening and the snow was falling it was clear outside - sunny and plus 10 degrees. I've been wanting to return it for a long time, but I have to find the time to return the junk. I bought it because I thought I would know how it was outside without looking out the window. I absolutely do not recommend buying this device!

It sets everything independently, just turn it on and wait and after a while the time, date is set.
the sensor is not waterproof so it has to be placed somewhere where it is not exposed to heavy rain, but this was not a problem for me either. Just place behind the slat on the railing but for some users it may be a nuisance.
