Při nákupu kávovaru v balení nebyl přiložen návod. Bohužel na Vašich stránkách je pouze obrázková příloha. Je možné někde získat kompletní návod? Jde mě především o postup při odvápnění. Děkuji. Zdena Ročňová

Po koupi tohoto kávovaru jsem zahájil dle návodu čištění, kde stálo, že kávovar může být při prvním použití hlučný, než se dostane voda do systému. Zkoušel jsem už udělat několik káv a kávovar je při výdeji stále velmi hlučný. Voda navíc z kávovaru pouze kape a to i bez kávy. Celé to doprovází hlasitý zvuk vysokého tónu (jakoby zvuk cinkajícího kovu). Je možné, že je by byl nový kávovar zavápněn? Nebo špatné čerpadlo a poslat kávovar na reklamaci?

Dobrý den, postupuji dle návodu na odvápnění, přístroj začne odvápňovat z dávkovače kávy, potom se přepne na napěnovač mléka a proces se přeruší. Červená kontrolka svítí a přístroj nedělá nic. V nádržce zůstává více jak polovina vody. Děkuji za odpověď Miroslav Vávra, 11.4.2022
