Zdravím, místo této mikrovlnné trouby jsem obdržela rotoped. Při vyřizování reklamace se mi nikdo neobtěžoval ani zavolat, i když sms typu "zavoláme vám" jsem dostala několik. Když jsem se konečně dovolala, bylo mi řečeno, že mi zboží vymění dnes. Jaké bylo mé překvapení, když mi Geis informoval, že si odvezou pouze rotoped. Na moje půl hodinové volání do společnosti Alza a informace, že jsem první v pořadí, jsem volání vzdala. Načež přišla sms s informací, že až obdrží chybné zboží, tak budou moci pokračovat ve vyřízení reklamace. Doporučení: nic neobjednávejte, pokud nechcete mít účet za telefon velký jako fotbalové hřiště a nervy na pochodu jako já. Kubešová
