Např. nerezové odkapávací misky Autorizovaný prodejce Jura dává záruku 24+1 měsíců. Na konci záruky se může kávovar poslat na servis za 2 tisíce a pokud bude zjištěna závada, tak to bude opraveno na záruku. Na předváděcí kávovar u autorizovaného prodejce byla zaruka 24+1 i ten servis. Proč u Vás je jenom 12 měsiců a jde i ten servis? Děkuji za odpověď
