Manual

Adults - gargle and rinse the oral cavity with 10 ml of gel 4 to 8 times a day for 2 minutes and then spit into the sink
Children 6-12 years - gargle and rinse the oral cavity with 5 ml of gel 4 times a day for 1 minute, then spit into the sink
As a hygienic barrier - pour 5 ml of gel on the palm of the hand, apply to the face and around the nostrils and on the lips. The gel acts as a first line of defence against viruses and bacteria
Topical use - apply topically to the affected area 2 to 3 times a day
