The problem is in the way the energy is saved; quoting from the instructions:
"Starting and handling the transmitter - Start the transmitter using any button.
The transmitter switches to sleep mode after 30 seconds of inactivity - start the transmitter using any button.
The receiver (collar) goes into sleep mode after 5 minutes of inactivity. To activate the receiver from sleep mode, long press the button on the transmitter - sound, vibration or pulse. "
This procedure is very inappropriate - for one thing, it may cause unintentional switching on of the transmitter, including impulses, and secondly (and this is essential) it is necessary to "wake up" the transmitter after half a minute and then send the required impulse. However, in training you need to react immediately to unwanted actions of the dog, not to wake up the device first.

Possibility of charging the transmitter and receiver at the same time using a double cable.
Fast pairing on the selected channel
The transmitter has no switch, it switches itself off after 30 sec, it is switched on by pressing any button. Thus, it turns on even with an accidental squeeze in the pocket, etc. Another such press can send an unwanted signal to the collar.
