I was pleasantly surprised by the power consumption, but quality batteries are a prerequisite (Sanyo Eneloop or undercharge)
there are times when more power would be useful

I was deciding between METZ MB 52 AF-1 and NIKON SB-700
control - I originally wanted METZ but was put off by the touch screen control, there is no touch screen with this one, so that is a positive
power - I don't need a more powerful one, if so I will buy one or two more to have more light sources
endurance - since I mostly shoot on TTL, the endurance is sufficient, I haven't tried manual at 100% power yet, no need,
automatic - excellent, the flash works great whether it is on the body or not it selects the right values, sometimes I overfire something, but it's more a matter of settings. I'm still learning..: )
is fast, but could be even more so: ) the quality of the batteries also has an effect on the speed, I have already bought an eneloop pro.: ) Not tested yet, but I think it will be better.
price - more expensive than METZ but I am more satisfied.

What to say?
Whoever knows and needs it knows what they are buying.
The battery life of quality batteries is incredible.
Only put in quality batteries like duracel and the like.
I recommend only rechargeable batteries
With conventional batteries, it takes a little longer to charge after each flash which is inconvenient for fast shooting.
Battery life on flash at 60% power for approx. 400+ photos
No cons
