the holder does not have rubber padding, and the phone will get scratched
if you have a thicker phone, it won' t fit in the holder
cannot be tilted to any side. So if you have your phone on the left or right side of the handlebars, you can' t put it in the middle (perhaps due to the reflection of sunlight)
