Dobry den, kde mozem najst na kavovare seriove cislo? Pri registracii pre zaruku na tri roky mam dat datum kupy, kedy som si kavovar objednala, kedy sa vystavila faktura alebo kedy sa tovar prevzal? Vsetky tri datumy sa totiz lisia. Dakujem.

Dobry den. Máme Sage Ses878. Dnes začal pouštět páru přes spařovací hlavu (přes trysku jde minimum) a z dopouštěcí trysky (za spařovací hlavou) nejde voda pod tlakem a také z velké části protéká přes spařovací hlavu. Kávovar se pravidelně odvápňuje a čistí. Prosím o radu kde je problém. Děkuji

Dobrý den, trochu mě zarazil vysoký údaj o reklamovatelnosti. O kávovaru uvažuji, považoval jsem kávovary Sage za spolehlivé. Čím si vysokou reklamovatelnost vysvětlujete? Tento model má nějakou slabinu, která v recenzích není vidět?

Dobry den, mam stary kavovar DeLonghi, na ktorom ked spravim kavu a nasledne penu tak v pripade, ze chcem robit dalsiu kavu, musim cakat asi 5-10 minut (zrejme kym tam nieco ochladne). Kdesi som cital, ze ak su 2 cerpadla tak tento problem by nemal byt, no netusim ci to je pravda. Hladam proste kavovar, ktorym dokazem obluzit navstevu hoc aj 10 ludi a nemusim spravit najprv 10 kav a az nasledne penu. Vdaka za radu.
