Dobry den,dnes jsem si hodinky koupila. Jen je skoda ze neni navod v cestine. Takze se snazim na vse prijit sama. Jen jsem neprisla jak se nastavuje kdyz bych jela treba na kole ? A musim mit furt zaply v mobilu umisteni aby se data prenaseli do mobilu ?

Dobrý den, ráda bych se zeptala, kde je problém - náramek nejde spárovat s aplikací při vyhledávání GPS signálu. Při běhu/chůzi/kole náramek píše "spojte s aplikací", ikona vyhledávání GPS je aktivní, ale signál po chvíli nenajde a ikona GPS signálu je přeškrtnutá. Poloha na tel. mi funguje, náramek jsem restartovala, aplikaci v telefonu odinstalovala a nainstalovala znova a stále žádná změna. Telefon Lumia 640/OS W10.

Dobrý den, chtěla bych se zeptat, zda je náramek bez problémů kompatibilní s telefony ASUS Zenfone Selfie a Microsoft Lumia 535? Na stránkách Fitbit jsem nebyla schopná dohledat. A pokud ne, dá se náramek spravovat i přes win 7? (kromě vyhodnocení grafů i nastavovat například denní cíle a budík). Děkuji
