The instructions say it's for pressurized/non-pressurized water. but when does it work? I purchased the cottage with the understanding that the water pressure parts wiring from the well fluctuates between 1.5-3.0Bar ( I will point out that the old MORA instantaneous heater worked for over 20years ). After connection to the water circuit and to the mains, due to fluctuations, it did not warm up to more than 20 degrees! In an effort to prevent shutdown or overheating, the pressure at the water plant was increased to a range of 2.4-3.0Bar, but even this did not help.
