Dobry den, zakoupeny vyrobek pri vysavani vody z okna nevysava po stranach vodu uplne, nechava pruhy v siri 0.5 - 1 cm. Jedna se o vadu vyrobku?

Dobrý den, vysavač tekutinu odsává, ale ne všude. Na okrajích okna zůstávají mokré pruhy a sklo není vůbec naleštěné, jsou na něm vidět tahy způsobené gumovou částí stěrky. Tlak na výrobek a jeho sklon nemají vliv na výsledný efekt. Je to chyba daného kusu výrobku nebo to způsobují všechny vysavače?
