Dobrý den, dne 2.9.2020 jsme zakoupil u Vás tento multipack inkoustových kazet do tiskárny HP OfficeJet Pro 8720. Všechno běžělo v naprostém pořádku. Dne 5.4.2021 se aktualizovala tiskárna a najednou mi odmítá alterativní kazety přijmout. S originálními není žádný problém. Alternativní ikoustové kazety jsou ze 3/4 plné. Je mořné že HP si začalo kontrolovat zda jsou v tiskárnách použivány originalní inkoustové kazety? Jinak jsem zkotroloval jestli mam vypnutou ochranu na kontrolu kazet, a ta je vypnutá.
