Snažil jsem se spárovat s telefonem Android.. Indikátor absolutně nereaguje ani na krátké stisknutí, ani na dlouhé (vše bylo provedeno podle pokynů).. Jak lze toto zboží vrátit? Díky.

Dobrý den, před rokem jsem si koupila tyto sluchátka, zkusila jsem zmáčknout tlačítko ignorovat, protože jsem nevěděla zda se k tomu budu moct ještě připojit. Zkoušela jsem se připojit, ale nic, restartovat a furt nic. Tak jsem to zkusila na iPhonu mé sestry a taky nic. Tak se chci zeptat zda nevíte co mám dělat. Díky
