Dobrý den,v 01/23 jsem si zakoupila přes váš e-shop sluchátka Denver BTH-240 Black a od 08/23 mně na 1 nabití vydrží 1/2 - 1 hodinu, dříve to bylo cca 15 hodin, pak to průběžně klesalo na stále ještě přijatelných 10 hodin. Poslouchám přes ně na Bluetooth pouze TV, jiné funkce nepoužívám.Návod nemohu najít doma ani na internetu. Jak dlouhá je garantovaná výdrž baterie a jak mám postupovat v rámci záruky (oprava, výměna za nové...). Děkuji za odpověď.

Dá se to nějak vypnout aniž bych odpároval zařízení se kterým to používám? (Samsung TV) Abych se pak nemusel pokaždé znovu spárovávat.
