Dobrý deň. Kúpil som od Vás telefón oneplus 10pro. Batéria bola úplne vybitá. Predošlé telefóny vždy boli nabité na min. 50%. Je to normálne? Po nabití sa podarilo spustiť. Druhý deň som používal celý deň na večer som mal batériu na 20%. Predošlý telefón som kvôli tomu vymenil! Lebo nevydržal celí deň. Nemôže byť že batéria je poškodená od výroby? Ďakujem za odpoveď

dobrý deň chcem sa spýtať či je možné dodatočne dokúpiť predĺženú záruku alebo okamžitú výmenu i po kúpe telefónu napríklad po roku od kúpy keď je telefón ešte stále v záruke. ďakujem za odpoveď.

Zdravím. Mohu se zeptat, proč cena bez DPH je - 19 421kč. Vždyť, DPH je 21% Což, pokud správně počítám, tak 21% z 23 500 je 4935kč. Což po odečtení dává 18 565kč.

Dobrý den, budete cenu snižovat ? Pokud si telefon člověk koupí na stránkách výrobce, s aktuálním kurzem je to cca o 1 000kč levněji + dostane zdarma sluchátka. Vaše cena se nezdá výhodná, doporučuji nabídku zlevnit.
