I was looking for a backpack that I can take into the cabin of a low-cost plane and at the same time go on a day trip with at the destination, i. e. that it would be comfortable even when worn for a long time and that it would have enough pockets for drinks and small things (you need a zipper for them) and in this the backpack proved unusable.
The warranty is admirable if they handle the claims.
The backpack looks good
Dimensions that only slightly exceed the permitted dimensions of low-cost airlines
It' s an urban backpack not suitable for longer wear if you have something heavier in it, narrow almost unpadded straps and no perforation and back ventilation
it lacks any zipped pocket inside, for example the Bestway Cabin Ultimate has 4 zipped pockets inside, so it can be done for the same price
